Pita bread: Combine olive oil with sesame oil, salt and pepper. Brush mixtures on cut sides of pita bread. Cut each round in 8 wedges. Arrange, cut sides up, on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven to 425ºF (220ºC) for 10 minutes or until edges start to brown and bread is crispy. Remove from oven and cool.
Crab: Combine crabmeat with sour cream, green onion, cilantro and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and drops of Tabasco.
To serve, top each toast with the crab mixture.
