   Ingredients :
  Pita bread:
1 tablespoon olive oil
tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin, approximately
3-4 pita bread, halved horizontally

5 (150 g ) crabmeat
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon green onion, finely minced, white and green parts
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely minced
tablespoon lemon juice
Drops of Tabasco

Pita bread:
Combine olive oil with sesame oil, salt and pepper. Brush mixtures on cut sides of pita bread. Cut each round in 8 wedges. Arrange, cut sides up, on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven to 425F (220C) for 10 minutes or until edges start to brown and bread is crispy. Remove from oven and cool.

Combine crabmeat with sour cream, green onion, cilantro and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and drops of Tabasco.
To serve, top each toast with the crab mixture.
