    GRILLED SWORDFISH FILLETS WITH FRESH TOMATO SAUCE     

   Ingredients :
 
6 swordfish fillets, approximately 1 inch (2 ½ cm) thick
6 tomatoes, peeled, seedless, drained and chopped
1/3 cup basil leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh marjoram, chopped
5 green onions (white part), finely chopped
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
Extra olive oil, if necessary
Black pepper
Salt

   Preparation:

Place chopped tomatoes in a bowl. Add marjoram, basil, onion, vinegar and 2 tablespoon olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside at room temperature.

Heat grill and season fillets with salt and pepper. Place fillets on grill and cook, approximately, 4 minutes and turn. Cook 4 minutes more or until fish is just done. Remove from grill and serve. Cover with tomato sauce.

Sauce may be heated if desired.
