Dip apples, pears and bananas in lemon juice. Thread pieces of fruit onto skewers, alternating them.
Mix together honey, orange juice and rind and heat at low heat. Remove from heat and brush over the fruit.
Place grill rack approximately 6 inches (15 cm) above the coals.
Place skewers on rack and broil for 5 – 10 minutes, until hot.
Baste with honey mixture once or twice. Remove from grill. Serve with chocolate sauce.
Chocolate Sauce: Place the butter, chocolate, cocoa powder and corn syrup in a small saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring until all of the ingredients have melted and are well combined.
