    LIGHT MEATLOAF     

   Ingredients :
 
10 oz (300 g) ground beef
3 oz (80 g) ham, chopped
3oz (80 g) chopped cheese
1 egg
1 egg white
cup non fat milk
2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
Salt
Pepper

   Preparation:

Place ground beef in a medium size bowl and mix with ham and cheese.

Add egg, egg white, milk and combine. Season to taste. Transfer mixture to a lightly greased (use cooking spray) pan and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake in preheated moderate oven at 350F (180C) for 40 minutes or until cooked.

Serve in slices with green salad.
