LIGHT MEATLOAF   
  Ingredients :
    10 ½ oz (300 g) ground beef
    3 oz (80 g) ham, chopped
    3oz (80 g) chopped cheese
    1 egg
    1 egg white
    ¼ cup non fat milk
    2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
    Salt
    Pepper

  Preparation:

Place ground beef in a medium size bowl and mix with ham and cheese.

Add egg, egg white, milk and combine. Season to taste. Transfer mixture to a lightly greased (use cooking spray) pan and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake in preheated moderate oven at 350°F (180°C) for 40 minutes or until cooked.

Serve in slices with green salad.
