Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add wine.
Chill until slightly thickened. Beat until frothy.
Blend in mayonnaise, whipped cream, onion juice, salt and key lime juice. Fold in avocado, celery and green pepper.
Pour into lightly oiled ring mold; chill until firm.
Unmold on salad ring and garnish with fruit sections, thin slices of avocado, chopped peppers and parsley.
