   Ingredients :
1 cup chopped mushrooms
2 Brie or Camembert cheese approximately 9 oz (250 g)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 green onion, finely chopped, green and white part
1/2 garlic clove, shredded
˝ teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 aji limo/chili, seeded and deveined, finely chopped
1/2 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon fresh ginger, shredded


Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté green onion, garlic and sesame oil. Stir in chili and cilantro. Add mushrooms, ginger and soy sauce. Bring to a boil and cook 3 to 4 minutes. Season to taste.

Cut cheese crosswise and spoon mushroom mixture over one half. Cover with remaining half.Just before serving, heat for a few minutes in oven until cheese softens slightly.Serve over toasts.
