   Ingredients :
6 chicken breast fillets (3 whole chicken breasts), boneless and skinless
cup honey
1/3 cup mustard (Dijon if possible)
cup melted butter


Mix honey, mustard, melted butter, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Place chicken breasts in greased ovenproof baking dish. Pour honey mixture over chicken.

Bake in preheated oven to 375F (190C) for 35 minutes or until chicken is tender, basting frequently with the sauce.
