Pour ketchup in a bowl and mix with onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco and honey. Add lime juice, vodka, scallops and season to taste.
Divide and kernels among the glasses and arrange a layer on the bottom of each glass. Cover with a layer of cubed avocado. Spoon scallop mixture into each glass, making sure that each glass has the same amount of scallops.
Introduce a celery stalk into each glass and serve over ice, if possible.
