Cucumber dressing: Process cucumber, vinegar, green onion, sugar and Tabasco until a puree is obtained.
Transfer puree to a medium size bowl and stir in yogurt and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
Salad: Toss spinach leaves with radish slices and chili in a salad bowl. Pour the necessary amount of the cucumber dressing and mix. Remaining dressing may be refrigerated covered for 2 – 3 days.
Serve.
