   Ingredients :
2 cups warm milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
9 oz (250 g) macaroni
5 oz Cheddar cheese grated
4 – tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
4 frankfurters, halved crosswise


Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and transfer to a ovenproof serving dish.

While pasta is cooking, melt butter in a saucepan and add flour. Stir. Remove from heat and add milk, gradually. Return to heat and bring to a boil, stirring, until mixture thickens.

Remove from heat and add cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Pour cheese sauce on top of macaroni and combine. Place frankfurters on top and sprinkle parmesan cheese.

Broil in oven until cheese is melted.
