Ravioli: Melt butter in a skillet and add sugar. Cook until sugar melts and stir in chopped bananas to caramelize. Add lemon juice, vanilla and cinnamon and remove from heat. Cool.
Lay won ton wrapper on a horizontal surface and brush edges with egg whites. Spoon 1 or 1 ½ teaspoons of banana filling into the center and cover with another won ton. Press edges with fingers to seal.
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add ravioli to hot oil, 3 or 4 at a time and cook until golden, turn over and cook the other side. Transfer with a slotted spoon to paper towels to drain.
Arrange 2 ravioli on a plate and dust with confectioners sugar.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and Orange Butter Sauce.
Orange Butter Sauce: Combine orange juice, orange rind, and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add Cointreau or Grand Marnier and boil 2 minutes more.
Remove saucepan from heat and gradually add diced butter, while stirring. Serve with Banana Ravioli.
