   Ingredients :
6 ciabatta bread, small size
7 oz (200 g) cream cheese, at room temperature
teaspoon ground garlic
2 tablespoons green onion, finely chopped (white and green part)
Aluminum foil


Combine cream cheese with garlic, green onion, salt and pepper.

Cut 1/3 of the ciabatta bread crosswise and reserve.

Remove some bread crumbs from the remaining bread and stuff with the cheese mixture. Return reserved bread in place.

Wrap in aluminum foil and repeat with remaining bread.

Place over on one side of grill rack (where temperature is not so hot) when main course is almost ready. When served, bread will be warm and cheese soft.
