    MAI TAI     

   Ingredients :
 
4 oz (½ cup) light rum
2 oz (¼ cup) orange liqueur, Curazao, Grand Marnier, Cointreau or similar
1 cup passion fruit juice
Ice cubes
2 oz (¼ cup) dark rum
Lime wedges

   Preparation:

Mix light rum, orange liqueur and passion fruit juice in a cocktail shaker.

Place ice in glasses. Divide among glasses and add 1 tablespoon dark rum in each glass.

Garnish with lime wedge.
