Wash basil leaves. Place them in a colander and pour boiling water over them. Immediately pour cold water. Drain and dry.
Place in blender: basil leaves, garlic, nuts, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
While blending start pouring oil. Continue until mixture thickens and a creamy sauce is obtained.
Correct seasoning.
This sauce can be served with spaghetti and can be used also as a dip.
