   Ingredients :
1 lb (500 g) Cambozola, Brie or similar cheese, cut in 1 inch (2 cm) pieces
2 eggs
cup milk
cup cornmeal
cup flour
1 cup ground nuts or pecans
Vegetable oil


Beat eggs with milk in a bowl and set apart.

Combine ground nuts or pecans and cornmeal in another bowl and set apart.

Place flour in a small bowl and set apart.

Dredge each piece of cheese in flour. Coat with egg mixture and then roll in the cornmeal and nut mixture. Transfer to a cookie sheet and freeze at least for an hour.

Heat oil in a nonstick skillet until hot. Remove cheese from the refrigerator.

Working in batches fry cheese over high heat, turning once. Remove from skillet and drain in paper towel.

Cool slightly before serving.
