Wash and stem tomatoes, cutting them in half crosswise. Remove seeds with a grapefruit spoon or small spoon.
Place tomato halves cut side down on paper towels and let stand for 15 minutes.
Stir together cream cheese, ketchup and dill. Mix well.
With the help of two spoons, fill each half with 1 teaspoon of the mixture.
Garnish with tiny shrimps.
