Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a medium size skillet and sear chicken fillets on both sides.
Cook 6 pears in water and sweetener until tender. Blend pears with milk, salt, oregano and cumin.
Heat remaining oil in a skillet and sauté onion and garlic until tender. Place fillets on skillet and cover with the blended pear. Cook for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Combine yogurt with remaining 2 chopped pears and pour over chicken. Cover pan and cook until hot. Correct seasoning.
Serve immediately.
