Cut beef into 2 x 1 inch strips (4 x 2 cm).
Sauté meat in a teflon or a lightly greased pan until browned. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, until beef is tender. Season to taste).
Lower heat, and add sour cream and yogurt. Combine and correct seasoning.
Serve and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
