   Ingredients :
2 lb fettuccini
6 salmon fillets
2 leeks cut in thin slices (white and light green part only)
1 teaspoon herbs (tarragon, thyme, marjoram)
2 cups heavy cream
3 tablespoons chives, chopped
cup parmesan cheese, grated
Olive oil


Season salmon fillets and fry in olive oil until slightly underdone. Set aside.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and cook leek until golden. Add herbs, chives and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Cut salmon in small pieces and combine with leek mixture. Add cream and parmesan cheese. Mix well. Correct seasoning.

Cook fettuccini in salted water until just done. Drain.

Pour half of hot sauce into a deep serving dish. Toss fettuccini with cream and cover with rest of mixture. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

Serve immediately.
