Blend together ginger, lemon juice, vinegar, half of green onion, soy sauce, oil and salt. Remove from blender and add lemon rind.
Peel avocado, and cut in cubes. Mix with vinaigrette.
Cook fettuccini until just done. Drain pasta and combine with the vinaigrette.
Correct seasoning, add crabmeat mixing carefully. Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle remaining green onion on top.
Serve.
