    BAKED SALMON WITH MUSTARD AND HONEY MAYONNAISE     

   Ingredients :
 
6 salmon fillets
3 tablespoons dry mustard
3 tablespoons cold water
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon honey
¼ teaspoon sugar
Salt
¼ teaspoon dried dill
Pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil

   Preparation:

Combine together, mustard, sugar, and water. Let sit for 10 minutes and whisk in mayonnaise, honey, salt and dill.

Rub salmon with olive oil on both sides and place them on a baking pan, skin side down. Sprinkle salt, dill and pepper on top of fillets.

Take to pre-heated oven 400° F (200° C) until just done. Center of fillet should be translucent.

Serve salmon with the sauce alongside.
