In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, sugar, vanilla and orange zest until combined.
Pour orange juice in a very small saucepan and sprinkle gelatin over juice.
Let gelatine stand 1 minute to soften. Heat mixture over low heat just until gelatine is dissolved. Remove from heat. Whisk into yogurt mixture until combined well. Divide mixture among 4 small molds. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
Sauce: Heat orange juice together with sugar and strawberries. Cook, stirring for 10 minutes. Remove pan from heat and cool a few minutes. Blend and pour sauce through a sieve. Cool and refrigerate.
Run a knife around edge of each mold and if necessary dip mold into hot water for 2 seconds. Invert each mold onto a plate. Serve with sauce.
