|  | Cook leeks (white and light green part) in salted boiling water for 10 minutes.
 
 Drain and place leeks in a rectangular, shallow baking dish.
 
 Combine butter with cheese and mustard. Season to taste.
 
 Spread this mixture over leeks and bake in preheated oven at 400 °F (180 °C) until slightly golden.
