    SAUTEED MUSHROOMS WITH MOZZARELLA CHEESE     

   Ingredients :
 
Salt
10 ½ oz (300 g) sliced mushrooms
1 white onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
3 ½ oz (100 g) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Pepper

   Preparation:

Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a skillet or saucepan. Saute onion until tender and add tomato.

Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally and add mushrooms. Let mushrooms cook for approximately 3 minutes.

Place mixture in 2 individual, heatproof serving dishes. Cover with shredded mozzarella cheese and broil until cheese melts.

Serve.
