Place the fruit over greased foil or over a greased platter.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Distribute butter and honey. Sprinkle with cinnamon, ginger and sugar.
Cook on the grill until caramel is formed.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Add chopped pecans, peanuts, sesame seeds and toasted almonds.
Serve with ice cream, yogurt, or whipped cream.
