Rinse, peel, and thinly slice ginger root.
Transfer slices to a small bowl and coarsely mash them with a fork.
Stir in honey with the orange and lemon juice.
Pour boiling water into the bowl and cover it to keep the aromatic ingredients in the tea. Steep for a couple of minutes before serving.
Note: Scrape away the gingers peel with the tip of a spoon or vegetable peeler.
