7 oz (200 g) smoked salmon or trout, cut into long, thin slices
8 oz (227 g) cream cheese, soft, at room temperature
½ cup natural yogurt
Chives, finely chopped
Salt
Pepper
Mint leaves, for decoration
Preparation:
Place thin slices of salmon or trout on a working surface.
Mix yogurt with cream cheese and chives in a medium size bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Carefully spread cheese mixture on each slice and roll.
Transfer each roll to a sheet and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Remove rolls from the refrigerators and cut into ¾ in. slices (2 cm).
Garnish with a small mint leaf.
