   Ingredients :
2.2 lb (1 k) loin of pork, trimmed
4 6 tablespoons of soy sauce
2/3 tablespoons ketchup
3 tablespoons dry white wine
3 4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 -3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons brown sugar


Mix soy sauce, ketchup, hoisin sauce, white wine, honey and sugar in a bowl. Rub meat with this mixture and marinate for 3 hours. Heat grill and place pork loin to cook. Brush meat with marinating mixture frequently, turning meat to brown evenly, until meat is done and juicy.
