    CHOCOLATE PINE TREES

   Ingredients :

7 oz (200 g) semi sweet chocolate
7 oz (200 g) white chocolate
Decorating sugar or sprinkles
Plastic lollipop sticks
Parchment paper

   Preparation:

Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Melt semi sweet chocolate over boiling water. Do the same with the white chocolate.

Fill each chocolate in a pastry bag with a round decorating tip (with no design).

Place the plastic lollipop stick on the parchment paper and begin piping the chocolate in the form of a pine tree (see picture), and over the plastic stick. This will make it stick to the chocolate.

Sprinkle colored decorated sugar or any other type of decoration.
        Yield: 12–14 pine trees
