   Ingredients :
2 tablespoons soft, unsalted butter
4 slices wheat bread
4 slices Gouda cheese or similar
8 10 thin pear slices, peeled and cored


Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Divide pear and cheese slices in two parts.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place 2 slices of bread in the skillet, butter side down.
Arrange half of one part of the cheese on the bread, cover with pear slices (whole part)
And finish with the remaining cheese on top. Cover with the other slice of bread, butter side up and cook until bread is toasted and cheese has melted.
