Combine sugar and cocoa in a small bowl. Set aside.
Mix in a saucepan, over low heat (do not boil), chocolate and milk until melted.
Blend mixture for 1 minute until foamy. Pour hot expresso in 2 cups or mugs. Add gradually chocolate milk, without the foam, over the expresso. Top expresso with a tablespoon of the foam. Dust over with a mixture of sugar and cocoa and serve immediately.
