2 fresh yellow ají (chili), seeded and deveined, chopped
6 cilantro sprigs
Oil, the necessary amount
Lemon juice, to taste
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
Sprinkle a few drops of lemon to chopped cocona to prevent the fruit from darkening.
