6 -8 cactus pear (prickly pear), peeled and chopped
Sugar, to taste
Juice of 2 limes
8 cups water
Ice
Preparation:
Blend cactus pears with half of the sugar and 2 cups water. Strain.
Dissolve the remaining sugar in remaining water and mix with strained tuna juice, stirring with a spoon.
Add lemon juice and ice to taste.
Serve.
