4 – 5 oranges peeled, pith removed and cut in wedges
½ cup onion, sliced thinly
Preparation:
Whisk together lemon juice, oil, garlic, honey, salt and pepper. Add diced avocado, oranges and onion slices and mix gently. Salad may be prepared 2 hours ahead without adding the avocado and the onion.
These must be added just before serving.
