Combine avocado with onion, tomato, lemon and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper. Reserve.
Place the bread slices on a surface and spread mayonnaise on half of the bread slices. Spread mustard on the other half. Place turkey slices over mayonnaise and spread some guacamole or avocado mixture. Top with diced cheese and chopped lettuce. Cover with the remaining slices, mustard side down. Press lightly and cut diagonally.
