   Ingredients :
cup teriyaki sauce
cup honey
teaspoon garlic powder
teaspoon ground ginger
2 lb (1 k) beef, without fat, cut into1 in. (2 cm) cubes
1 2 green or red peppers, seeded and deveined, cut into1 in. (2 cm) cubes
1 fresh pineapple, sliced thick and cored, cut into1 in. pieces
Skewers, soaked in water


Combine teriyaki sauce in a bowl with honey, garlic and ginger. Place meat with peppers in a plastic large bag, seal bag and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Heat grill.
Thread a piece of beef on a skewer. Continue with a piece of pepper and a pineapple. Repeat and do the same with the remaining skewers. Discard marinade.
Place skewers on the hot grill and cook until tender, turning once or twice.
