Combine teriyaki sauce in a bowl with honey, garlic and ginger. Place meat with peppers in a plastic large bag, seal bag and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Heat grill.
Thread a piece of beef on a skewer. Continue with a piece of pepper and a pineapple. Repeat and do the same with the remaining skewers. Discard marinade.
Place skewers on the hot grill and cook until tender, turning once or twice.
