    BAKED BANANAS STUFFED WITH CHOCOLATE

   Ingredients :

6 medium size bananas, unpeeled
7 oz (200 g) milk chocolate, in pieces
1 ½ cup whipped cream
Aluminum foil, to wrap bananas

   Preparation:

With a sharp knife make a deep cut, lengthwise, on unpeeled bananas, without going all the way. Banana will open slightly.
Divide chocolate in 6 equal portions. Open bananas slightly and stuff with chocolate pieces. Wrap bananas individually in aluminum paper.

Place bananas in hot grill and cook for 10 minutes, approximately, until chocolate melts and bananas are soft. Remove bananas from grill.

Unwrap bananas and serve with whipped cream.
These bananas may be also baked in the oven.
