Peel and seed mandarins. Place mandarins in blender and blend together with sugar, oil and eggs. Transfer mixture to a bowl and fold in flour.
Pure mixture into a previously buttered and floured pan. Bake in preheated oven to 350ºF (180ºC) for approximately 40 minutes. Cool cake upside down over a rack.
Invert over serving plate and dust with confectioner´s sugar.
