1 lb 2 oz (1/2 k) pineapple, peeled and cut in chunks
1 cup pisco or similar
¾ cup sugar
1 oz lemon juice
Blend pineapple chunks and add sugar and pisco. Add lemon juice and ice and continue blending until the ice is completely crushed and the mixture is smooth.
Serve in cups and insert a piece of pineapple in the border.
