    KIWICHA JELLY     

   Ingredients :
 
2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
½ cup cold water, to soak gelatin
1 ¾ cup (1 can) evaporated milk
14 oz (400 g) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups water
3 cups pop kiwicha

   Preparation:

Soak gelatine in ½ cup water for 1 minute. Heat gelatin over warm water until dissolved.

Pour condensed milk, evaporated milk and water in a medium size pan and heat over medium heat.
Add pop kiwicha and gelatine. Mix.
Pour into individual ramekins or molds and refrigerate until set.
Serve and sprinkle pop kiwicha over.
        6 – 8 servings
