7 oz (225 g) ham, chopped
4 ½ oz (120 g) Emmenthal cheese or similar, shredded
3 oz (80 g) melted butter
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
6 slices fresh white bread
4 eggs
Milk, the necessary amount
1 ½ tablespoon bread crumbs
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg

   Preparation:

Soak bread slices in milk for 5 minutes. Drain soaked bread and crumble to pieces. Reserve.
