Cleaning the refrigerator
Remove everything from inside and begin grouping like items on the kitchen floor. Discard any expired or suspect foods, like a condiment jar that has been there for years.
Wash any removable parts, paying special attention to any wheels or grooves that may require an extra scrubbing using a small synthetic brush, such as a toothbrush. Wipe down the walls with a solution of 1 tablespoon baking soda to 1 quart water.
Pop open a new box of baking soda and place inside to remove odors. Rinse or wipe down any grimy jars or containers before returning all items to the refrigerator. |

Crayon marks on walls? This worked wonderfully! A damp rag, dipped in baking soda. Comes off with little effort (elbow grease that is!) |

Pour a gallon of distilled vinegar into your washer and using warm water let your machine run through a wash and rinse cycle. The vinegar will cut through built up soap residue in hoses etc. leaving your washer sparkling clean. |

If something spills over in your oven, first sprinkle it with salt and remove with a metal spatula, then wipe with a damp sponge. |

Place pure vanilla on a cotton ball in a small saucer. Place the saucer in the car or refrigerator to remove odors. |
