LIGHT MAYONNAISE   
  Ingredients :
    1 egg
    1 cup safflower oil
    ¼ teaspoon mustard
    Lemon juice, to taste
    Salt

  Preparation:

Blend ¼ cup oil with the rest of the ingredients. Gradually add remaining oil until blended.
 
        Yields: Approximately 1 cup
        1 tablespoon = 30 calories
