NUN’S MILK   
  Ingredients :
    2 whole eggs with shells
    Lime juice to cover eggs
    Sugar to taste
    Pisco to taste

  Preparation:

Place eggs with shells in a jar. Cover eggs with lemon juice, seal the jar and refrigerate for 2 – 3 weeks. After this time, the shells will become soft.

Place the eggs and juice in the blender and blend until smooth.
Strain. Return to blender and add sugar and pisco to taste.
