VEGETABLE FLAN   
  Ingredients :
    1 ¾ cup undiluted evaporated milk
    5 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 cup green peas, cooked
    1 cup string beans, chopped and cooked
    1 cup carrot, peeled, chopped and cooked
    1 cup cauliflower or broccoli, chopped and cooked
    2 tablespoons melted butter
    3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
    Salt
    Pepper
    Nutmeg

  Preparation:

Pour milk in a bowl and add eggs, vegetables and melted butter. Add parmesan cheese and season to taste.

Transfer to a greased mold and bake in preheated moderate oven to 350°F (180°C) over hot water for approximately 40 minutes or until flan sets.
