CHIMICHURRI SAUCE FOR THE GRILL   
  Ingredients :
    ½ cup olive oil
    ½ cup onion, finely chopped
    ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
    ½ teaspoons ground chili powder
    1 teaspoon ground black pepper
    ½ cup wine vinegar
    ¼ cup garlic, finely minced
    3 tablespoons dry oregano
    1 ¼ teaspoon salt

  Preparation:

Combine all ingredients and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

Always prepare the sauce the day before it will be used.

Remove from the refrigerator 1 hour before using the sauce in the grill.

Meat can be marinated in this sauce for 2 or 3 hours before grilling.
