BASIL AND ROASTED PEPPER SAUCE   
  Ingredients :
    3 red peppers, roasted, peeled and seeded
    2 garlic cloves
    10 basil leaves
    1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    Salt
    Pepper

  Preparation:

Cut red peppers into strips. Combine peppers, garlic, basil leaves, vinegar and oil.

Season to taste and marinate for 30 minutes, at room temperature, to allow flavors to develop.
