LIGHT TOMATO SAUCE   
  Ingredients :
    1 lb ( ½ k ) tomatoes, peeled and seeded
    5 oz (150 g) tomato paste
    1 teaspoon low fat oil
    1 garlic clove, finely minced
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 cups chicken broth, fat free
    1 teaspoon dry oregano
    1 teaspoon thyme
    ½ teaspoon dill
    Salt
    Pepper

  Preparation:

Heat oil in a skillet. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is crystal clear. Add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.

Add chopped tomato, broth and herbs. Cook at low heat until sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper. Blend. Serve hot.
