SPINACH SALAD WITH CURRY, CHUTNEY AND PEANUTS   
  Ingredients :
    Dressing:
    ½ cup white vinegar
    2/3 cup vegetable oil
    1 cup chutney, approximately
    1 tablespoon curry, approximately
    Salt
    Mustard
    3 tablespoons Tabasco, approximately

    Salad:
    2 lb 4 oz (1 k ) spinach leaves, without stems
    2 red apples, unpeeled
    ¾ cup peanuts
    ½ cup golden raisins
    1/3 cup green onion, chopped

  Preparation:
Dressing:
Combine all ingredients and season to taste

Salad:
Cut spinach leaves in medium size pieces and place them in a salad bowl.

Before serving add peanuts, raisins, green onion, and apples cut in cubes.

Toss dressing and serve.
